Anabas appoints employee experience manager
Corporate office FM specialist Anabas has appointed Owen Gooding as employee experience manager.
Gooding has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry including hotels and fine dining. He will support Anabas’s HR team and the wider business in creating a healthy, engaging working environment for more than 600 Anabas employees across the UK.
He will lead wellbeing and engagement initiatives, internal communications, and oversee new hire and TUPE onboarding and induction processes.
