Optimum Group Services restructures division and promotes two directors

Mark Stott [square]Optimum Group Services has restructured its real estate division and promoted two directors.

The restructure nationalises operations that were previously managed regionally in London and Manchester.

Mark Stott has been promoted to divisional director having joined Optimum in 2016. He will head up the Manchester division and has over 30 years experience in delivering, managing and providing strategic advice on mechanical and electrical maintenance in complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Kirsty Stevens has been promoted to contracts director of national real estates. Stevens worked for the company for nearly five years and has held a range of positions in the business unit, technical support and finance departments.

Andrew Orme, operations director, at Optimum said: “By restructuring the department we’re continuing to put our customers at the heart of everything we do, providing them with streamlined access to the correct person who is empowered to make decisions and changes in real time. By doing this we can offer the best customer service possible.”
