Amadeus appoints executive chef at NEC

Paul Connolly  [square]Amadeus has appointed Paul Connolly executive chef for the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham.

Connolly has worked for he catering firm for 30 years rising through the ranks, before being promoted to executive chef.  

He will be responsible for the culinary strategy for the venue, including menu development, procurement, food safety and sustainability initiatives.
