Anabas appoints Melanie James as account director

Corporate office FM specialist Anabas has appointed Melanie James as its new account director. 

James brings 20 years of experience in the facilities management sector. and a track record of driving client success, and will be concentrating on strengthening client relationships and driving growth at Anabas.

She will work closely with the senior leadership team and oversee relations with some of Anabas’ key client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery of services, and identifying opportunities for strategic expansion. 

Over the past year, Anabas has grown its portfolio of clients by 30%. Recent wins include a trio of contracts with private equity investment organisations, highlighting the firm’s significant presence in the financial sector.
