Andrew Stafford appointed head of parking services at Carlisle

Carlisle Support Services has announced that Andy Stafford has been appointed as head of parking services.

Stafford’s role is informed by more than 20 years’ experience of developing and implementing strategic commercial and operational project solutions for a range of companies and organisations within the healthcare, transport, and FM sectors.

At Carlisle, he will focus on undertaking a review of existing car park management activities and analysing the UK market for opportunities for Carlisle to grow in the area.

Stafford was previously in the NHS managing security and car parking at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Before this, he ran his specialist transport and parking consultancy business.

Paul Evans, CEO of Carlisle Support Services, said: “His experience and knowledge of the field will be incredibly valuable to the team, and we are looking forward to seeing him grow and develop as part of the Carlisle Support Services family.”
