Ellie Bennet, regional facilities manager at Cushman & Wakefield, said:
Proactivity, and a passion for getting things done right are qualities James offers daily. These qualities, alongside effective leadership, dedication, a commitment to providing first-class customer service, and supporting our client and colleagues alike, sets James apart in both the eyes of myself, Cushman & Wakefield, and his peers. In the last 12 months James has been nominated for two FM Hero awards by Cushman & Wakefield, an award which looks to recognise and celebrate the contribution of frontline colleagues who continually perform at the highest standard with good practice and customer service at the forefront of all they do.”
