Arcus FM appoints first chief people officer

Debbie Gregory [square]Arcus FM has designated Debbie Gregory as its first chief people officer in response to significant year-on-year growth in the business.

Gregory will lead the company’s People Team to create an overarching staff strategy in support of Arcus FM’s business plan and growth ambitions.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) since 2002, she has gained broad experience in the public, private and consultancy sectors over a 25-year career in HR. Before joining Arcus, she held a number of leadership roles at organisations including London Underground, Metropolitan Police and Canada Life. 

Arcus CEO Chris Green said that people had always been at the heart of the company’s success.

“With the business now employing around 4,000 people, providing 24/7 services across the country and with a growing customer base, the time is right to make this appointment to safeguard that People Driven strategy and ensure it remains at the heart of all of our strategic decisions.”
