Arcus FM appoints new CFO

Technology-led FM company Arcus FM has appointed Stephen Saunders as its new chief operating officer.

Saunders has over 20 years of  experience in leading operations across construction, engineering and customer service businesses, including lifts and escalators company KONE Plc. Most recently, he was CEO at TK Elevator.

He is tasked with ensuring that the people-centric, service-focused ethos remains at the heart of Arcus FM’s operations. The company said he will be responsible for continuing to drive the high levels of service, self-delivery and innovation for clients, delivered through one of the largest mobile engineering fleets in the industry, and will oversee new projects to enhance customer experience by greater integration of Arcus FM’s technology platforms.
