Avant Homes appoints group health & safety manager 

Avant Homes has appointed Sean Durnan as group health and safety manager to support the housebuilder’s implementation of its multi-tenure strategy.

Durnan joins from Persimmon Homes, where he was a senior group health and safety adviser working across the north of England.

In his new role, he will be responsible for implementing the group’s health and safety policies, and reviewing processes and procedures to guarantee they are delivered properly across the housebuilder’s’ eight regions. 

Avant Homes Group employs more than 600 people and its ambition is to develop its multi-tenure business further across its existing regions and beyond, creating communities as well as providing employment opportunities.
