Bartlett Mitchell appoints people and talent director

Katarina Goodwin - square [square]Independent caterer Bartlett Mitchell has appointed Katarina Goodwin to a newly created role of people and talent director.

Goodwin began her career in operations before moving to people and talent management. She joins the business from Principal Hayley Hotels, where she held the role of HR director for its London Cluster. 

She will be responsible for all areas of the people and talent function, including all transactional HR, people experience activity, payroll and training.
 
The company has also promoted Murray Soper to talent and team manager. Soper has been with the business for 17 years, and began his career as a junior team member at Bartlett Mitchell’s first sites. He will report to Goodwin and support the development of the company’s talent pipeline.
