Bennett Hay appoints director of operations

Leo Coates has joined caterer Bennett Hay as its director of operations to lead innovations for the new era for workplace hospitality. 

He will oversee the company’s hospitality services across its client portfolio comprising corporate workspaces, estates and landmark destinations. He will oversee 180 staff working on 35 contracts while seeking creative solutions for evolving employee and employer expectations in the workplace. 

Coates has previously worked for Restaurant Associates, Vacherin and CH&Co, and joins Bennett Hay as the company embarks on promoting and recruiting new team members to support the return to work and maturation of hybrid working.
