BM appoints Newman as nutritionist

Catering firm BM has appointed Charlotte Newman as its new nutritionist. 

Newman will be responsible for overseeing the company’s wellbeing and vitality programme and its healthy eating pledges and supporting and evaluating its food strategies. 

She will be working on recipe analysis on all company-owned/licensed platforms and will also deliver workshops and training to promote nutritional knowledge and awareness. 

Newman previously spent seven years working at the London Borough of Havering, developing menus that were compliant with the government’s school food standards and food for life accreditation.
