BM promotes two senior team members to new chef roles

BM Caterers has created two new roles to support the development of its food and operations.
Daryll Young becomes head of chef development and innovation, and will focus on developing the catering business’ food offer, keeping up with food trends and providing training and insight to BM’s chef teams to facilitate this.
Phil Leicester will head culinary sales and retention, focusing on business growth and client retention.
The chefs, who have both been with BM for more than eight years, will report directly to BM chef director Pete Redman.
