Cordant appoints Nils Richter managing director of Staffgroup

Cordant has announced the appointment of Nils Richter as managing director of Staffgroup.

Staffgroup, and its subdivisions Eurostaff and Earthstaff, are the IT and construction arms of Cordant’s family of brands.

Richter will develop the sales, operational and geographical strategy for the business, working alongside Cordant business partners and sector specialists.

He has more than 15 years’ recruitment experience in performance and growth-oriented environments and has positively influenced and motivated large and ambitious teams.
