Corps Monitoring strengthens Glasgow management team
Corps Monitoring, a division of Corps Security, has appointed Andy Mounsey as monitoring technical director and promoted Ross Doolan to monitoring control room manager.
The business provides 24/7, 365-day CCTV, fire and alarm monitoring, personal protection services and key holding from its alarm receiving centre (ARC) in Glasgow. The team works in partnership with the country’s leading servicing and installation partners and offers a 360-degree view of its customers' security.
Mounsey was operations manager at Orbis Protect for the past 14 years. His responsibilities included overseeing the ARC and supporting the integration of new products and technologies. In his new role, he will work to maximise the potential of the NSI Gold Cat II-accredited Corps Monitoring Centre. He will also explore new technologies and ways to support and develop the team in the ARC.
Ross Doolan has been with Corps for about six years, starting as a CCTV operator in 2018. He has since held roles such as engineering support and technical administrator. As monitoring control room manager, he will be responsible for supporting the team of operators in the ARC, while ensuring the correct handling of alarms in line with NSI guidelines and meeting customer needs at all times.
Corps said these strategic changes reflect Corps Monitoring's commitment to being the employer of choice in the security monitoring sector.
