Craig Mclachlan joins Commercial Maintenance Services

Craig Mclachlan has been appointed by Commercial Maintenance Services UK Ltd (CMS) as national air conditioning manager of its newly launched air conditioning division.

Mclachlan, formerly air conditioning manager with Bmech Services Ltd, will now lead CMS’s engineers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems.

He has over 30 years of experience in the sector since joining Demeva Refrigeration Ltd in 1991. He also worked as an air conditioning engineer with AKS Air Conditioning Limited and at Clover Technical Services as a facilities manager. 

Mclachlan said: “There are a great deal of legislative requirements and user responsibilities surrounding air conditioning, including mandatory inspections, leak checks and keeping maintenance and service records.

“CMS can ensure that building managers and owners remain compliant and that their air conditioning units operate correctly with maximum efficiency.”
