Contract caterer Vacherin has promoted Dan Kelly to deputy managing director of food and operations.
Kelly will work closely with owner Phil Roker to support the running of the business while ensuring that food remains top of Vacherin’s agenda.
Roker said: “Dan retains his responsibility for our culinary direction and standards. In his new role, he will look after the operations and food elements of company standards and performance.”
