DMA Group hires customer services director

 Wendy Bennett [square]DMA Group, a property services specialist, has appointed Wendy Bennett as customer services director in its facilities and maintenance team.

Bennett will be responsible for leading the firm’s account management and customer care teams, ensuring the company continues to provide industry recognised levels of customer satisfaction.

Her customer service and operational experience includes running large customer helpdesks, deploying field-based engineering resources within the built environment, and working with fast-moving online consumer products.
