Ecoserv Group appoints Coleman as new sales director
Sustainable FM provider Ecoserv Group has appointed Natalie Coleman as sales director as part of its plans to expand the size and scope of the business.
She will lead the company’s business development team, bringing extensive soft services and specialist cleaning expertise to her new role.
Coleman has more than 20 years of experience in FM, having worked for companies including Mitie, Interserve and Initial Facilities. Most recently she was retention and strategic partnerships manager at TC Facilities Management, and was previously a director of future hygiene services, with particular focus on the specialist data centre industry.
Dees Maharaj, chief strategy officer at Ecoserv Group, said: “Our aim is to accelerate our growth by continuing to strengthen and diversify. We are continuing to expand our senior management team to ensure we have the right people in place to achieve these objectives and enhance our sustainable offering. Natalie brings a wealth of sales experience gained from both large corporate and specialist FM providers.”
Coleman added: “This is a hugely exciting opportunity that will allow me to drive growth in sustainable FM by collaborating with new customers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions. By adopting a partnership approach with these organisations, we can understand their precise needs and deliver true value across multiple services.”
