BMG [square]Business Moves Group (BMG), the nationwide office and commercial relocation change management company, has appointed a business development specialist for Scotland, and new central administrators at its Midlands, North and Scotland offices.

Ivana Coppola joins as a business development specialist for the Scotland region. Coppola will support regional manager Claire Harkins in enhancing the BMG brand and supporting businesses in a range of sectors to run their real estate strategies.

Lilly James becomes central administrator for the Midlands region, Lisa Atkin will administer the North region, and Stephanie Munro has been appointed as central administrator for Scotland. They will hold responsibility for finance, HR and compliance within their regions.

The appointments are part of a wider strategy to streamline business operations following a restructure last July. A core element of the strategy is to ramp up support in each of BMG’s core locations – London and the South, the Midlands, the North, and Scotland.

This string of new hires follows the recent appointment of Keith Tiltman as a director. Tiltman will focus on sales and business development across all regions.

The latest appointments come ahead of what BMG expects to be a busy year as many companies switch to a hybrid work system, and many businesses plan to downsize or reinvent existing workplaces.
