Hurley Palmer Flatt appoints two divisional directors

Lumb [square]Independent engineering consultancy Hurley Palmer Flatt has appointed Richard Lumb and Grant Penfold divisional directors in its Purley office.

Penfold has been appointed divisional director in the data centre division of Hurley Palmer Flatt, with the role of implementing new developments within the industry sector. He has over 26 years’ experience in the construction sector, including significant experience of design offices, site-based project management and engineering.

Lumb has over 17 years’ experience within the data centre sector. He will be moving to a more consultancy-focussed role where he looks at disseminating information, knowledge and experience, as well as providing mentorship to the team.
