Imtech Inviron appoints finance director

Imtech Inviron has appointed Darren Kidson finance director.

Kidson joined Imtech as group financial controller in 2011, having previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

Noel Clancy, managing director at Imtech Inviron, said: "I am very pleased that Darren has moved across to Inviron. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role and will be a valuable addition to the senior team as we continue to deliver sustained profitable growth."
