Lee Baron hires two facilities managers

Property management firm Lee Baron has appointed two facilities managers to its team. 

Julie Melsom joins from Helix Property Advisors and she will focus on the firm’s London portfolio. Melsom has over 10 years of experience working in the day-to-day management of properties across London. 

Daniel Peplow joins the Manchester office from CIS Tower where he was a building manager for five years. He will be liaising with landlords and contractors to help oversee the general running and service delivery of the portfolio of properties across the city and wider North West region.
