JLL has announced that Andrew Baker will join as head of sustainability consulting.
Baker joins JLL from Cushman & Wakefield, where led the energy, infrastructure and sustainability team and advised the UK board on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. At JLL, he will lead the sustainability consulting business working with clients to support them across the broad spectrum of sustainability services from net-zero carbon and climate risk, to wellbeing and social value.
Richard Howling, JLL’s head of consulting, said: “We have a long-standing pre-eminent position for sustainability consultancy and today’s announcement shows our continued commitment to advancing this leading position and to further expanding the breadth, depth and scale of our sustainability services in future. In the lead up to COP26, real estate has a unique opportunity to be part of the solution and at JLL we are more determined than ever to support our clients to make lasting change.”
