Mark Garrard has joined Platinum Facilities as projects manager. He will be responsible for managing a wide range of installation, plant replacement, refurbishment and other projects.
Garrard has been in the FM industry for more than 20 years, progressing from engineer to engineering supervisor and then project manager. He has worked at a number of key London buildings, including the National Gallery and King’s College London and was most recently project manager at Bouygues Energies and Services.
He said: “I was attracted by Platinum Facilities’ reputation as a dynamic, agile and growing hard services provider.”
