Mount Charles appoints new operational heads 

Belfast-based facilities management support service provider Mount Charles has appointed Stacey McAlister as director of operations, and Roisin McErlane as head of operations in events.

McAlister has over 20 years of experience within the catering industry, and almost 10 years of management in the cleaning sector covering multi-site and multi-contract management.

As director of operations, she will assure the effective operation and smooth running of the cleaning function at Mount Charles.

McErlane has spent 10 years working in hospitality and was previously general manager of a busy city centre venue. As head of operations in events, her responsibilities, she will oversee business functions and operational processes within events.
