Mrs Buckét appoints head of HR

Commercial cleaning company Mrs Buckét has appointed Kate Ablett as its new head of HR.

Ablett was presiouly head of people at Welsh brewer and licensed hospitality retailer S.A.Brain & Co Ltd.

She will lead an integrated people service that delivers business goals through engaging, people focused activity.  She will also be responsible for creating a new people strategy for the developing company, entailing talent management and shaping the employee experience.

There will be a focus on using developments in cleaning technology, and she will work with senior management team to strengthen the company‘s employee reward and development offer.

Abllett said: “I wanted to join a growing organisation where I would be able to develop the ‘People Agenda’, building on the existing foundations to ensure that the business becomes an employer of choice. I was also attracted to the flexibility and mature output led style of the business. This means I can do a job I love and also be the mum I want to be.”
