NHS Property Services names new CCO
NHS Property Services (NHSPS) has appointed Jackie Ducker as its chief customer officer.
Ducker joined the NHSPS executive board last May. She was previously executive director for Customer and Product at the Construction Industry Training Board.
She brings significant executive-level expertise in building key client relationships, business growth and improvement, as well as leadership in customer experience.
A specialist in the construction and property sector, Ducker is also experienced in facilities management and delivery for organisations including Ordnance Survey, Llewellyn Group, Connaught PLC, and Kier, having worked on several high-profile projects including HS2.
Her key tasks will be building a customer-focused culture, strong relationships and delivering customer strategy to continue an upward trend in customer satisfaction, reputation and overall perception for the government-owned company.
She said: “NHS Property Services is a values-driven organisation with a clear purpose to enable excellent patient care. For me, the NHS is the ultimate force for good, so I am incredibly proud to play my part in ensuring that we put customers at the heart of everything we do.
“We are working closely with customers and partners across the NHS to unlock more value for the NHS, and I am looking forward to supporting our frontline colleagues to ensure they are engaged and enabled to deliver excellence, and focus on what matters most to our customers.”
