Novus appoints operations head for projects service

Novus Property Solutions has appointed Lee Spencer as head of operations for its projects service.

Spencer brings over 25 years of experience within the construction sector – including 20 years in contract management to the role.

In his new position he will oversee all aspects of Novus’s new Interiors service, which launched earlier this year. Novus says it provides a full turnkey solution for both the private and commercial sectors, including fast-track fit-outs and major refurbishments.

He will be involved with initial contact with potential and existing clients, to the end of a project term, including bidding and on-site processes.
