Novus appoints Sean Ryan as new head of operations

Novus Property Solutions has appointed Sean Ryan as head of operations for Partnerships, part of its Interiors service which forms a key element of the national contractor’s five-year growth strategy.

Interiors features the three distinct areas of Partnerships, Major Projects, and Fast Track Fit Out to ensure all work – spanning small one-off projects to multimillion-pound national refurbishments – is completed on time and on budget.

Ryan brings over 23 years’ experience in facility and project management services across multiple sectors, including healthcare and education. An engineer who has spent the past 12 years in senior leadership roles, he has led services in both central consulting and operational capacities.

He will help Novus to continue expansion of its Interiors service, which offers a streamlined approach to turnkey refurbishment services through the contractor’s team of technical experts and supply chain.
