Novus promotes Lee Hartley to CEO

Novus Property Solutions has announced the appointment of long-standing colleague Lee Hartley as chief executive officer, effective from 1st January 2024.
 
Hartley has dedicated his 25-year career to the Seddon family’s business, having joined as a trainee quantity surveyor in 1996. He has since held various commercial and operational positions before being appointed to its board in 2013, when Novus was launched as its own trading entity.
 
As a board member, he has occupied various roles including chief operating officer and most recently executive director, playing a significant role in the implementation of growth and development strategies, ensuring its values, known as ‘the Novus Way’, are embedded into every aspect of delivering projects for clients. 

As CEO, he will continue to drive Novus’ growth across its core markets.

Hartley will work closely with outgoing CEO Steve Davies for a comprehensive handover to ensure the company is well-prepared to begin its new era.
