Novus Property Solutions announces two new appointments

Novus Property Solutions, a national maintenance and construction contractor, has announced two new appointments.

Claire Bailey-Jones has been selected as head of business development. She will work on developing the company’s presence within the housing, education, and healthcare sectors.

Bailey-Jones has previously held business and senior leadership roles within companies including Wates Group Ltd, Mears Group plc, Lowry Homes, and Salford City Council.

Aine Girn joined in April as head of marketing to oversee the firm’s internal and external communications. She has gained agency-side and in-house communications experience from her recent role at Spoke Conversation in Birmingham.
