Pareto appoints sales director

Facilities services provider Pareto has appointed Adam Phillips as sales director.

Phillips brings 25 years’ experience in engineering and facilities management and will support the business to build on the growth it has experienced in recent years. He started his career as an apprentice in the Royal Air Force and moved into FM in 2007.

Phillips said: “Pareto’s journey over the past nine years has been truly inspirational, and they are now widely considered one of the most progressive facilities management and workplace service providers. I’m looking forward to working with this incredible team and supporting the next level of strategic growth as Pareto continues to shape the future of our sector.”
