Portico creates two new accounts directors

Portico, the specialist provider of tailored guest services, has promoted Rachel Smith and Abbie Smith to newly created accounts director positions.

Both assumed their new roles on 1st January to take on more client-focused responsibilities – each will manage a segment of client business while also contributing to wider company offerings.

Rachel Smith joined the company in 2015 to oversee the move of Portico’s client UBS into new headquarters at 5 Broadgate. In 2018, she moved to supervise Portico’s new business with NatWest.

Abbie Smith has been with the company for more than four years. She was previously the operations manager, looking after a varied portfolio of clients.

Both women bring with them over 30 years of combined experience and knowledge to these new positions, as well as a strong team bonding focus which strongly aligns with Portico’s values.
