Portico hires operations director

Portico has appointed Marco Scaglionli as its new operations manager.

Scaglioni has spent seven years at Portico, starting out as a receptionist in its front-of-house team.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the guest services provider’s delivery across a number of client sites, as well as mobilising new contracts across corporate, insurance, banking and multi-office locations.

Scaglioni, said: “I love the trust and autonomy that Portico offers and am thrilled to be able to lead my team to deliver a service that is of the highest standard, for them and for our clients. I’m looking forward to exploring new opportunities and bringing innovations to the way we work and to play my part in pushing the business forward.”
