Guest service provider Portico has appointed Rachel Nolan as operations manager to help its on-site teams grow and develop.
Nolan brings years of experience in guest services having previously worked in corporate luxury reception services for organisations such as Taj Hotels London and Rubens at the Palace. Most recently, she gained experience as client services manager for Acuity Services.
Nolan said: “I absolutely love Portico’s values. As a business it clearly prioritises its employees, and I believe this is so important. Helping our people to learn and grow in themselves and their work life is something I really value in my workplace. It’s still early days, but I am really enjoying learning how Portico works and I’m excited to meet more of the team and see how we can deliver the best possible experience for our clients.”
