Portico hires people head

Dana Singer has been appointed as head of people at guest services provider Portico.

Singer will assist the HR teams and aid development paths for the Portico team.

The company said she will play a “significant” role in building Portico’s people strategy and develop the culture roadmap for 2023 and ensure people, practices, policies, and procedures are fit for purpose, inclusive, and are communicated and embedded within Portico.

Singer joins after more than six years working in people management at BaxterStorey, Portico’s sister company.  

She said: “I have so much ambition for the business, such as being recognised as the best place to work in hospitality in the UK, and to help Portico’s growth without losing its essence, people, and quality standards. The love and pride Portico put into the service they provide is what makes them stand out.
