Roythornes Solicitors expands Birmingham team

Zaheed, Amlani, Nutting [square]Roythornes Solicitors has boosted its investment in the Midlands with new premises for its Birmingham office and two new senior hires for its real estate team.

Abdul Zaheed, who has over 18 years of experience as a qualified real estate solicitor, has been appointed as a partner, and Charlotte Nutting joins the team as a senior associate after working at two large regional firms in Shropshire.

Roythornes is a top 150 national law practice with offices at Alconbury, Birmingham, Nottingham, Peterborough, and Spalding. It has longstanding relationships with clients,  including blue-chip companies, family businesses and private individuals, nationally and internationally. 

Bhavesh Amlani, Roythornes’ partner and national head of real estate, said: “We’ve seen the real estate team go from strength to strength and our focus is to continue to build our reputation and brand as we embark on our ambitious expansion plans. Roythornes will relocate from its current office to 1 Newhall Street this spring. This move is the next stage of its strategic expansion.
