SBFM announces two new hires

Soft FM service provider SBFM has announced two new appointments to its business.

David Mountain is appointed as head of human resources (HR) to lead on the strategic development of SBFM’s human resources division. He has over 15 years of experience in HR and joins from Mitie, where he was senior people business partner and a member of its senior management team.

Gail Lees joins as head of QSHE and workplace to focus on delivering QSHE performance across the business. She was previously QHSE manager for Filtermist International Limited Group and Fera Science Ltd respectively.
