SBFM appoints chief risk officer
Soft facilities management provider SBFM has appointed Kayleigh Fantoni general counsel and chief risk officer.
Fantoni will oversee legal functions to support SBFM’s governance and risk management, ensuring the organisation’s legal framework is robust, streamlined and aligned with its expansion plans. She will oversee cohesive collaborations between external legal teams, SBFM’s clients and its suppliers.
Fantoni joins the business after a 14-year career in private practice, where she trained at Addleshaw Goddard and spent the last seven years at Clarion Solicitors, working up to her most recent position of legal director. Her expertise lies in commercial and financial litigation, working with businesses in various sectors on complex legal issues.
