The Westgrove Group grows business in the south

Claire [square]The Westgrove Group has won new contracts and made a new appointment in the south of England.

The Warrington based company has won a contract at Telford Shopping Centre in Shropshire, in partnership with managing agent Savills. The shopping centre is being transformed in a £55 million revamp to help deliver a new modern environment for shoppers and the right space for anchor stores.

Westgrove has also secured new contract wins with managing agents Savills, CBRE, Montagu Evans and Lee Baron. 

Adrian Canale has been appointed business development director to support Westgrove’s expansion in the south.  Canale has over 15 years of experience working in the FM industry.

The company says it will be opening a new satellite office in the south later this year.

Claire McKinley Smith, managing director of The Westgrove Group, said: “The contract wins we have secured in the first half of this year have continued to increase the company’s UK-wide footprint.

“Many of our partners are now based in the south of England and this is set to increase with the appointment of a new business development director.”
