Unispace Group appoints Rob Frank as EMEA CEO 

Workplace strategy, design, project management, and construction business Unispace Group has announced the appointment of Rob Frank as CEO, Corporate Interiors, EMEA, along with other senior additions to its growing EMEA leadership team.

Frank, who will be based in London, is an experienced board director who has delivered growth for multinational workplace fit-out firms such as BW: Workplace Experts, Morgan Sindall, and Overbury. He will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Unispace’s corporate workplace interiors offering for clients in the strategy, design, and construction life cycle in EMEA markets.

David Broderick takes on the new role of head of operations, EMEA. He brings experience in delivering and leading construction projects across sectors including fit-out, corporate office, life sciences and financial. Reporting to Frank, he is charged with leading the best-practice delivery of Unispace’s integrated approach to methodology across the region and enabling the business to deliver its next phase of growth. 

Charlotte Sword, who previously worked at Foster + Partners, joins Unispace to take up a global role as Group Chief People Officer. She has nearly 30 years of cross-sector experience, having led global HR teams across diverse geographies.
