Wates Group names non-executive director  

Wates Group has appointed Rachel Addison as a non-executive director.

ddison has nearly 30 years of experience in finance and operations. She will join the group board and will chair the group’s audit committee, overseeing financial reporting, processes, and regulatory compliance.

She is currently a non-executive director at:

• Marlowe plc, a business-critical services and software provider; 
• Watkin Jones plc, a housing developer and manager of student and build-to-rent accommodation; 
• Gamma Communications plc, a provider of unified communications as a service (UCaaS) into the UK, Dutch, Spanish and German business markets; and
• Florida-based Mango Publishing Group.
