Quantity Surveyor - Newcastle based

Our Client:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known support services business to work across a portfolio of its industrial sector clients. Sitting within the commercial team, the role will include;

Role details:

• Provide a commercial and financial support service to the operations team
• Manage and value day to day contract variations
• Ensure all project obligations are met
• Assist with the production of monthly p+l
• Work with operations regarding sub contractor orders and administration
• Monitoring the purchase of supplies for contracts
• Ensure that customer reports are completed on time
• Conduct month end forecasts and performance trends
• Mitigate risks across the contracts
• Assist with bid proposals where required

Requirements:

You will have a track record as a QS and industrial sector experience would be an advantage but not essential. Good prioritisation skills are essential for the role as is strong analytical skills.
