iFM Bolton are seeking applications from high calibre senior estates and facilities leaders to join and help to shape our recently formed business.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of our estates services to ensure the provision of high quality, proactive and responsive services for the patients and staff of Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.

As General Manager for Operational Estates you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic business development plans whilst ensuring a strong governance framework to demonstrate the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of our operational estates services.

You will work directly to the Managing Director undertaking an influential role as a member of the senior team, developing strong and effective relationships with all key stakeholders, including senior managers within Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful applicant will have significant experience of working at a senior level within operational estates management and be ready to make the step which will include regular exposure to the Executive Board.

You will be a proven leader with the ability to drive forward change and develop the estates workforce, culture and strategy and structure.
