Our client, a professional firm in the centre of Manchester are looking for a Facilities & Contracts Manager to join their team.The Facilities Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing, monitoring and measuring the services provided by the outsource suppliers/vendors in line with the agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators. The FM will primarily be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the firm's hard and soft services in the Manchester office but will oversee offices in Leeds & Newcastle


The ideal candidate will be an FM professional with strong expertise and proven experience of managing outsourced providers, setting and managing KPI's and managing relationships between end users and service providers. The role will include financial responsibilities and therefore the successful candidate will have strong budget knowledge and negotiating skills. 



In return our client offers a salary of up to £50k pa.
