Service Improvement Manager - Total FM
£50-55k + car + package
This is a fantastic opportunity for an FM Professional with a good background in Service Improvement and Change Management to join a Globally recognised Facilities Management Service Provider.
You will be part of a key Total Facilities Management PFI contract in the East London area, working closely with the Operations team to ensure a high level of service delivery across all service lines.
The Service Improvement Manger will undertake a review of all service lines to identify what is running well and what could be done better/more efficiently as well as working closely with the Contract Manager, looking at the commercial aspect of the contract – from here you will be required to implement any changes and improvement schemes as required.
The Service Improvement Manager will also work with the client and the SPV to introduce and run new initiatives or schemes on the contract.
We are looking for a commercially and financially astute individual with a good track record of implementing change within a Facilities Management environment.
You will be based from an office in East London but will travel to sites within the area.
