Facilities Manager - Managing Agent
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to assist in managing a trophy building in the City of London as well as managing a small portfolio of commercial properties of your own. The salary for this role is £36,000 - £42,000 with an excellent benefits package that includes bonus, health care and pension and the additional advantages that come when you join a nationwide managing agent!
As Facilities Manager will assist in preparing the service charge budget in excess of £2 million, liaise with high profile tenants and oversee hard & soft service partners. Also as the Facilities Manager you will implement all health and safety policy's for your properties and make sure your tenants are continuously abiding by the legislation and ensure accurate reporting of property issues.
- You will ideally hold experience of working for a managing agent
- Good knowledge of service charge budgets
- An impressive track record of managing hard & soft services
- Have an understanding of BMS / HVAC systems
- Confident in dealing with health & safety competently
