Our client is one of the UK’s leading working communities that has also pioneered the concept of the shared workspace. It has a diverse selection of clients that include: app creators, advertising agencies, makers and media companies, financers and foodies, artists and architects.

Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking to hire a Health and Safety Coordinator, as the Health and Safety Coordinator you will report into the Group Facilities Manager (Hard FM). This newly created role is a developing one, as the portfolio of buildings grows, so will the job. Our client currently has 31 buildings in London and 2 in outside of London. There are plans to triple this number of sites over the next 3-5 years, hence the role will steadily get busier over time.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Facilities Manager (Hard FM), rolling out procedures to each building and staff, carrying out risk assessments, site reports, visits, small H&S projects and ensure safe practices of work.

Our client is looking for someone Degree qualified, holds either an IOSH or NEBOSH certificate and has circa 3-4 years experience within a Health and Safety role. Applicants must be willing to be mentored and developed. As the group’s portfolio of buildings expands, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will also increase.
