Our client, a H&S and Risk Management consultancy, is recruiting H&S/ Risk Consultants due to company growth. Current vacancy in South West England (Cornwall, Devon and Somerset).
We are looking for qualified/ part-qualified individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who can convey the complexities of Health and safety and risk management in a concise, clear manner. Some examples of what they do are; acting as competent advisor, providing CIEH accredited and bespoke training, carrying out fire/ flood/ noise risk assessments, providing health and safety reviews, creating business continuity plans and coaching and mentoring people with health, safety and risk management responsibilities.
Our clients are in all sectors – schools, care homes, religious orders, charity, motor trade, logistics, engineering, manufacturing, construction, offices etc.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop solutions in all risk management areas including new and evolving areas of risk. Based in the South East the successful candidates will assist company growth by delivering a quality service to clients and create further opportunities and meet challenging personal objectives.
Are a highly motivated self-starter with a successful track record and an ability to keep things simple.
Have a NVQ Level 4 or 5 / NEBOSH Diploma or willing to work to NVQ Level 5 / NEBOSH Diploma
Have experience of assessing a range of business / organisational risks as well as delivering health and safety (and risk related) consultancy and training services.
Have an interest in developing risk management solutions beyond general health and safety.
Have the drive and ambition to help shape future risk management services.
Be prepared to travel / there will be some nights away (however, with regionalisation this will diminish overtime)
